Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
I will notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can enable pay-as-you-go ($0.60 per 1,000 emails) to keep sending beyond your limit, or upgrade your plan instantly.
How does email validation pricing work?
Email validation is pay-as-you-go: $0.015 per check ($15 per 1,000), billed only for what you use on your existing invoice. It is off by default — turn it on in your workspace settings when you need it. Re-checking an already-validated address is free, and so are duplicates and suppressed addresses. Available on Pro and Scale.
Is the self-hosted version really free?
Yes. The self-hosted version is free forever with community support. You only pay your own upstream sending costs, which start at $0.10 per 1,000 emails. For priority support, setup assistance, and guaranteed updates, I offer an optional Support plan at $29/month.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet, but it is on my roadmap. Annual billing with a discount will be available soon.
