Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can enable pay-as-you-go ($0.60 per 1,000 emails) to keep sending beyond your limit, or upgrade your plan instantly.
Is the self-hosted version really free?
Yes. The self-hosted version is free forever with community support. You only pay for your own AWS SES usage, which starts at $0.10 per 1,000 emails. For priority support, setup assistance, and guaranteed updates, we offer an optional Support plan at $29/month.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet, but it is on our roadmap. Annual billing with a discount will be available soon.
